About Me

ABOUT Me

Hey there — I’m Bryan, the dad behind Father Figures.

I’m a proud dad of two beautiful human children and one fur baby, a first-generation college grad, and someone who’s still figuring it all out, just like you. I started Father Figures because I didn’t see enough honest, useful spaces for dads like me — the kind of place that talks about how to be present, how to manage the mental load, how to show up emotionally, and how to laugh through the chaos of parenting. Before this journey, I spent over a decade working in digital analytics and marketing strategy, helping big brands tell better stories. But nothing prepared me for the realness of becoming a dad. Diaper blowouts, daycare drop-offs, heart-melting moments during bedtime — it changed me. It humbled me. And it made me want to build something meaningful for other fathers walking this path. Father Figures isn’t about perfection — it’s about effort. It’s about learning to lead with love, with empathy, and with the kind of accountability that our kids will grow up remembering. Here, I share what I’ve learned, what I’m still learning, and what other incredible dads have taught me along the way. This platform is for the dads who are all in — the ones who carry snacks in their pockets, rewatch Bluey on purpose, and still want to be better every single day. Thanks for being here. We’re in this together.

The Problem we are trying to Solve

The problem we’re trying to solve with Father Figures is the lack of honest, accessible support for dads—especially those who didn’t have a father figure growing up. I know this firsthand. I was raised without a dad, and when I became one, I realized how unprepared I felt—not because I lacked love, but because I lacked a model. Father Figures exists to fill that gap: to guide, uplift, and create community for dads who are committed but still figuring it out.

The Goal

The goal of Father Figures is to empower and equip modern fathers—especially millennial, and first-generation,—with the tools, community, and content they need to raise confident, compassionate children. We aim to redefine what fatherhood looks like by offering emotional support, practical guidance, and relatable storytelling across digital platforms. Through education, inspiration, and connection, Father Figures strives to become the go-to resource for dads navigating today’s parenting landscape with purpose and heart.
